A 1000 square feet of airy sunny space with a bathroom, whiteboard and tables. Heated/AC. Ideal for bridal and baby showers, small parties, classes, retreats, and meetings. The Great Room and adjoining arena can be rented for riding clinics as well.

Large and small grass paddocks with automatic Jug waterers. One dry paddock. Paddocks are rotated for year-round use and grazing. Excellent drainage.

80x180 foot insulated arena with excellent lighting and lots of windows. Sand footing with True Tex fiber. Jumps, poles and cavetti are available for boarder/ship in use. Indoor is available for ship ins based on availability.

Large fenced outdoor arena. Still rideable during expansion.
